# Migrating Dynamic Fields to SmartLabels

SmartLabels replace the older feature Dynamic Fields.Lucidum automatically migrates Dynamic Fields to SmartLabels.

After upgrading to later versions of Lucidum, you will notice that:

- The Settings > **Dynamic Field Management** page is gone.
- All existing Dynamic Fields are automatically migrated to the new **SmartLabel Management** page (Left menu > SmartLabels icon).
- The new SmartLabel will have the same name as the previous Dynamic Field.
- The Query Builder no longer includes the category **Dynamic Fields**.
- The Query Builder now includes a category SmartLabels . This is where you can find your migrated **Dynamic Fields** and use them in queries.
