Who You Are: 

You are a fearless Demand Generation Manager who takes pleasure in crafting the strategy for and executing marketing programs that capture, and nurture leads across multiple channels. Furthermore, you are:

  • Passionate about B2B demand gen and finds delight in building and executing effective campaigns that drive leads and grows a pipeline
  • Someone who enjoys building relationships across multiple teams, and knows how to communicate and build relationships to get things done
  • The type of person who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment where every day is different with new challenges

 

What you will be doing:

  • You will be rolling up your sleeves and putting your experience with outbound (email, events, webinars) and inbound (PPC, re-targeting, content syndication, sponsored content) channels to use
  • You will guide the creation of compelling content and program materials in collaboration with Sales and Product; determine database or acquisition strategy; own program execution
  • You will own Lucidum’s end-to-end demand generation process, report on KPIs that demonstrate growth in the quantity and quality of leads, and ensure timely handoff to Sales
  • Acting as a partner to Sales and working with them to set goals, manage the lead flow and increase conversion rates at each stage of the marketing and sales engagement.

 

What we are looking for:

  • 3- 5 years of enterprise B2B marketing experience focused on demand generation in a high-growth environment
  • A self-starter who can dig into the data for answers and also understand that marketing is both an art and a science
  • Solid communicator, both written and verbal, and know the importance of building campaigns/programs based on target customers and their needs
  • A marketing pro who knows their way around a MarTech stack (Marketo, Outreach, Salesforce) and has the curiosity to learn more and isn’t afraid to test
  • Strong writing and copy-editing skills (compelling/engaging campaign messaging, email copy, etc)
  • B2B marketing experience is a must; experience marketing to enterprise IT & Security buyers a plus
  • Expertise in negotiating with vendors and managing budgets.
