Asana is a work management tool designed to help individuals and teams collaborate, keep track of tasks, delegate responsibilities, monitor progress, and communicate in real-time.
Configuring the Connector for Asana #
To configure Lucidum to ingest data from Asana:

Log in to Lucidum.

In the left pane, click Connector.

In the Connector page, click Add Connector.

Scroll until you find the Connector you want to configure. Click Connect. The Settings page appears.

In the Settings page, enter the following:

URL (required). The URL of the Asana API, for example, https://app.asana.com.

Workspace ID. The workspace ID associated with the user account that the Lucidum connector uses. To find this value, log in to the Asana Admin Console. The URL will include the workspace ID.

API Token (required). A Personal Access Token associated with an account that has read-only access to the data in Asana. For details on creating a personal access token, see https://developers.asana.com/docs/personal-access-token.

To test the configuration, click Test.

If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.

If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.
