Lakeside SysTrack is an end point monitoring platform that leverages an embedded AI engine and rich data set to proactively resolve complex issues. SysTrack captures data such as CPU, disk, memory, and other 10,000+ data points. These data points are then analyzed by SysTrack and used by IT.
Configuring the Connector for Lakeside SysTrack #
To configure Lucidum to ingest data from Lakeside SysTrack:

Log in to Lucidum.

In the left pane, click Connector.

In the Connector page, click Add Connector.

Scroll until you find the Connector you want to configure. Click Connect. The Settings page appears.

In the Settings page, enter the following:

URLÂ (required): The URL of the Lakeside SysTrack API.

Token URL (required): The URL of the Lakeside SysTrack for token request, for example, https://systrackcegl.b2clogin.com/systrackcegl.onmicrosoft.com/b2c_1_ropc_auth/oauth2/v2.0/token

Client IDÂ (required)Â – SysTrack Client ID

User Name and Password (required) – The credentials for a user account that has the permissions to fetch assets

Verify SSL. For future use.

To test the configuration, click Test.

If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.

If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.
