What is KnowBe4? #
KnowBe4 is an integrated platform that provides security awareness training and simulated phishing attacks to help manage the ongoing problem of social engineering.
Why Should You Use the KnowBe4 Connector? #
The KnowBe4 connector provides visibility into the user in your environment. You can use this visibility to:

ensure user are managed per your security policies

derive relationships between assets, users, applications, and data
How Does This Connector Work? #
Lucidum executes read-only requests to the KnowBe4 REST API and ingests only meta-data about KnowBe4 user. Lucidum does not retrieve any data stored on your assets.
Configuring the Connector in Lucidum #

Sign in to the KnowBe4 application as an Admin user.

Navigate to the Account Settings.

Navigate to Account Integrations > API.

Select the checkbox for Enable Reporting API Access.

The KnowBe4 Secure API token is displayed.

Save this API key.

Click Save Changes.
