WithSecure Elements Endpoint Protection

WithSecure Elements Endpoint Protection (formerly F-Secure Protection Service for Business) is a cloud-native, AI-powered endpoint protection solution that monitors and manages all devices, from computers and servers to mobiles, and includes fully integrated patch management capabilities, layered protection, and advanced behavior and empirical analysis.

Configuring the Connector for WithSecure Elements Endpoint Protection #

To configure Lucidum to ingest data from WithSecure Elements Endpoint Protection:

1. Log in to Lucidum.

2. In the left pane, click Connector.

3. In the Connector page, click Add Connector.

4. Scroll until you find the Connector you want to configure. Click Connect. The Settings page appears.

5. In the Settings page, enter the following:

   • URL (required): The URL of the WithSecure Elements Endpoint Protection API, for example, https://api.radar.f-secure.com/api

   • Company ID (required): The company ID

   • Username and Password (required): WithSecure Elements Endpoint Protection username and password. The user must have permission to fetch asset data

     • For details on creating API credentials, see https://connect.withsecure.com/getting-started/elements

   • Verify SSL. For future use.

6. To test the configuration, click Test.

   • If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.

   • If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.
