Actions for TOPdesk ESM #
- Send Data to TOPdesk ESM. Sends a custom set of Lucidum data to TOPdesk ESM.
Use Cases #
Below are the possible use cases for these actions:

If you want to run Lucidum “headless”, you can send relevant data to TOPdesk ESM on a regular schedule.
- You can send normalized, enriched Lucidum data to TOPdesk ESM to be indexed, searched, and analyzed.
Prerequisites #
To execute TOPdesk ESM actions, you must:
- Configure a TOPdesk ESM API connection beforehand. The required parameters are described in the instructions for creating a TOPdesk ESM connector in Lucidum https://lucidum.io/docs/topdesk-enterprise-service-management/.
NOTE. The specified account should have read and write permissions.

TOPdesk ESM Configuration #
To create a configuration for TOPdesk ESM actions:

Configuration Name. Identifier for the Configuration. This name will appear in the Lucidum Action Center.

URL. The URL of the TOPdesk Enterprise Service Management API. For example, https://customer.topdesk.net

Username. TOPdesk Enterprise Service Management username for an account that has read and write access to the API. Enter the Application Name. Refer to TOPdesk API tutorial to learn how to create an application and password and how to assign permissions.

Password. TOPdesk Enterprise Service Management password for an account that has read and write access to the API. Refer to TOPdesk API tutorial to learn how to create an application and password and how to assign permissions.

Max # of Records per Payload. The maximum number of records to send to TOPdesk ESM in each action. The default value is “50”.

To describe an action token for TOPdesk ESM actions:
