Addigy is a cloud-based, multi-tenant mobile device management solution that manages macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and iOS devices.
Configuring the Addigy Connector #

Log in to Lucidum.

In the left pane, click Connector.

In the Connector page, click Add Connector.

Scroll until you find the Connector you want to configure. Click Connect. The Settings page appears.

In the Settings page, enter the following:

URL. The URL of the Addigy API.

Client ID. Client ID fpr the user account for the Lucidum connector. The user account must have read-only permissions for Addigy asset data.

Client Secret. Client Secret that has read permission to fetch the data

To test the configuration, click Test.

If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.

If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.

Creating API Credentials in Addigy #
To use the Addigy Connector in Lucidum, you must first create a key and secret within Addigy.

Navigate to the Account > Integrations page from the left column menu.

Click the Add API button.
A window will appear asking you to name the integration.

Supply a name and click Save.

Addigy displays a window with the Client ID and Client Secret.

Note: as stated in the window below, the Client Secret Key token will not show up again once the configuration is complete for security purposes. Make sure to keep it safely secured. Additionally, the Client ID will not fully display as well.
