ChangeGear is an ITSM (IT service management) platform that tracks, manages, and controls Information Technology services and automates change management processes across the enterprise.
Configuring the Connector for ChangeGear #
To configure Lucidum to ingest data from ChangeGear:

Log in to Lucidum.

In the left pane, click Connector.

In the Connector page, click Add Connector.

Scroll until you find the Connector you want to configure. Click Connect. The Settings page appears.

In the Settings page, enter the following:

URL (required). The URL of the API for ChangeGear. For example,

Username (required). User name for an account in ChangeGear with read-only access to API data. For details on creating users and assigning roles, see https://docs.cfengine.com/docs/3.21/examples-tutorials-manage-local-users.html#:~:text=create%20user

Password (required). Password for an account in ChangeGear with read-only access to API data.

To test the configuration, click Test.

If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.

If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.
