Duo Premier (formerly Duo Beyond) provides secure access to internal applications without using VPNs. Duo Premier expands secure access past traditional perimeter-based network security with the power to grant access to any application, to any user, from any device, while maintaining security hygiene.
Creating an API Key for Duo #
Before configuring the Duo connector in Lucidum, you must create an API Key. The Lucidum connector will use the API key to access the Duo API.
NOTE: Only administrators with the Owner role may contact Duo Support to request access to the Admin API application, or can create or modify an Admin API application in the Duo Admin Panel.

Grant your Admin API application with the following permission:

Grant administrators. Required to ingest dat about fetch Duo Beyond administrators

Configuring the Connector for Duo #
To configure Lucidum to ingest data from Duo:

Log in to Lucidum.

In the left pane, click Connector.

In the Connector page, click Add Connector.

Scroll until you find the Connector you want to configure. Click Connect. The Settings page appears.

In the Settings page, enter the following:

Host. The API hostname of the Duo Beyond API for your account. The hostname is in the form https://api.<your host name>.duosecurity.com. For example, https://api-lucidum.duosecurity.com

Integration key (required). Specify the integration key for your Admin API access. For details, see https://duo.com/docs/adminapi#first-steps.

Secret key (required). Specify the secret key for your Admin API access. For details, For details, see https://duo.com/docs/adminapi#first-steps.

To test the configuration, click Test.

If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.

If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.
