Illumio Core Platform

Illumio Core platform (formerly Illumio Adaptive Security Platform) delivers Zero Trust Segmentation across cloud and data center workloads to stop the spread of breaches. Illumio Core provides real-time visibility into the connectivity between workloads across the hybrid attack surface, generates optimal segmentation policies based on observed traffic flows, and executes the policy quickly at the host level.

Configuring the Connector for Illumio Core #

To configure Lucidum to ingest data from Illumio Core:

1. Log in to Lucidum.

2. In the left pane, click Connector.

3. In the Connector page, click Add Connector.

4. Scroll until you find the Connector you want to configure. Click Connect. The Settings page appears.

5. In the Settings page, enter the following:

   • URL (required): The URL of the Illumio ASP API

   • Username (required): Illumio ASP API username. This is a randomized name generated when a user creates an API key.

   • Organization ID (required): Illumio organization ID

   • API Key (required): Illumio ASP API key

   • Verify SSL. For future use.

6. To test the configuration, click Test.

   • If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.

   • If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.
