Downloading the Lucidum App #
To download the Lucidum app:

In a browser, go to https://h3bboqrpq7.execute-api.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/prod/slack/install.

Click Add to Slack to download the Lucidum app to Slack.

Specify the Slack workspace where you want to install the Lucidum app.

Slack requires multi-factor authentication.

After authentication, you should see the following:

Click Allow.
Configuring the Connection for the Lucidum App #
Next, you must configure the Lucidum app in Slack.

In Lucidum, go to the User Management page (Settings > User Management). Either create a new user for use with the Lucidum app or edit an existing user. Assign the user the role Api_Users. Note the name of the user.

Login to Slack.

Go to the channel where you want to add the Lucidum app.

In that channel, enter
@Lucidum

Next, enter:
/set-api-info

The following modal appears:

Enter the following:

Domain Name. Domain name of your Lucidum system. This is usually <company name>.lucidum.cloud.

Client ID. In Lucidum, go to the User Management page (Settings > User Management). Find the user you created for use with the Lucidum app. Select that user for editing. Double-click on the Client ID field to copy the value. Paste it in this field.

Secret. In Lucidum, go to the User Management page (Settings > User Management). Find the user you created for use with the Lucidum app. Select that user for editing. Double-click on the Secret field to copy the value. Paste it in this field.

Token. In Lucidum, go to the User Management page (Settings > User Management). Find the user you created for use with the Lucidum app. Select that user for editing. Click Generate Token. Double-click on the Token field to copy the value. Paste it in this field.

Click Submit.

You can now use the Lucidum app in Slack.
