Using the Luci Chatbot

Introduction #

The Luci Chatbot allows you to ask questions about the Lucidum platform and about cybersecurity. Luci will provide written answers to your questions.

Using Luci #

To use Luci:

1. Click the Luci icon in the upper right.
   
2. The Ask Luci modal page appears:
   
3. You can ask Luci general questions about Lucidum:
   
4. You can ask Luci questions about your data in Lucidum:
   
5. Luci provides some links with details about your data. Clicking a link displays details about your data:
   
6. If you are satisfied with Luci’s answer, click the Thumbs Up icon at the bottom of the answer
   
7. If you are not satisfied with Luci’s anwer, click the Thumbs Down icon at the bottom of the answer and enter your question again.
   
8. Lucidum analyzes the Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down responses to better train Luci.
