Lucidum MoM (Manager of Managers) allows you to manage users from a single browser session. You can add users in MoM and align them with Lucidum Instances.
Viewing the List of Users #
To view the list of users in MoM:

Log in to MOM.
- Select the Users icon in the left navbar.

The Users page appears.

The Users page displays the following about each user:

Email. Email address for the user.
-
First Name. User’s first name.
-
Last Name. User’s last name.
-
Deployments. Lucidum systems associated with the user. The user’s account will appear on the MoM system and each deployment.

Aligned Roles. Number of user roles associated wityh the user account.

Adding a User #
To add a user account to MoM;

Log in to MOM.

Click the Users icon in the left navbar.

The Users page appears.

Click the Add User icon (plus-sign) in the upper right.

The Add User modal page appears:

In the Add User modal, enter the following:
- Email Address. The email address associated with the user.

First Name. First name of the new user.
-
Last Name. Last name of the new user.

Deployments. Select one or more Lucidum instances to align with this user account. Lucidum automatically creates an identical account on the Lucidum instances.

Account Type. Specifies authentication. Choices are:
- Local. Log in requires only user name and password.
- SSO. For details on using SSO in Lucidum, see Enabling SSO.

Roles. Select one or more user roles to assign to the user account. For details on user roles, see Creating and Managing User Roles.

Click Add.

The new user account appears in the Users page.
Editing a User #
To add a user account to MoM:

Log in to MOM.

Click the Users icon in the left navbar.

The Users page appears.

Find the user whose account you want to edit. Click the Edit User icon (pencil) for that user.

The Edit User modal page appears:

In the Edit User modal, you can edit one or more of the following fields:

First Name. First name of the new user.

Last Name. Last name of the new user.

Roles. Select one or more user roles to assign to the user account. For details on user roles, see Creating and Managing User Roles.

Click Save to save your changes.
Editing Aligned Deployments #
To edit the Deployments (Lucidum instances) associated with an existing user account in MoM:

Log in to MOM.

Click the Users icon in the left navbar.

The Users page appears.

Find the user whose aligned Deployments you want to edit. Click the Edit Aligned Deployments icon (pages) for that user.

The Edit Aligned Deployments modal appears.

In the Edit Aligned Deployments modal, you can edit the following field:
- Deployments. You can add or delete deployments from this field. For details on Deployments, see Adding Lucidum Systems (Deployments) to MoM.
- If you add Deployments to a user account, Lucidum automatically creates an identical account on the Lucidum instances.
- If you delete Deployments, Lucidum automatically removes the user account from the Lucidum instances.
- Deployments. You can add or delete deployments from this field. For details on Deployments, see Adding Lucidum Systems (Deployments) to MoM.

Click Save to save your changes.
Change Password for a User Account #
To change the password for a user account:

Log in to MoM.

Click the Users icon in the left navbar.

The Users page appears.

Find the user whose password you want to change. Click the Change Password icon (three asterisks) for that user.

The Change Password modal page appears:

In the Change Password modal, click Send. Lucidum sends a password reset email to the user.
- Lucidum updates the user’s password on MoM and all aligned Deployments.
Delete a User Account #
To delete a user account from MoM

Log in to MOM.

Click the Users icon in the left navbar.

The Users page appears.
-
Find the user whose account you want to delete. Click the Delete User icon (trashcan) for that user.

The Delete This User modal page appears:

To delete the user, click Confirm.

Lucidum deletes the user account on MoM and on all aligned Deployments.
