BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)

BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) is an endpoint management solution that provides comprehensive device, app, and content management with integrated security and connectivity, and helps you manage iOS, macOS, Android, and Windows 10 devices for your organization.

Configuring the Connector for BlackBerry UEM #

To configure Lucidum to ingest data from BlackBerry UEM:

  1. Log in to Lucidum.

  2. In the left pane, click Connector.

  3. In the Connector page, click Add Connector.

  4. Scroll until you find the Connector you want to configure. Click Connect. The Settings page appears.

  5. In the Settings page, enter the following:

    • Host (required). The hostname or IP address of the Blackberry UEM server.

    • Port (required). The port of the Blackberry UEM server that Lucidum communicates with. The default port is 18084

    • Username (required). User name for a Blackberry UEM account that can view all data in Blackberry UEM, usually an enterprise administrator account.

    • Password (required). Password for a Blackberry UEM account that can view all data in Blackberry UEM, usually an enterprise administrator account.

    • Tenant ID (required). The organization’s tenant ID. To find the tenant ID, login to the Blackberry UEM management console. The URL of the management console contains the tenant ID:  https://<hostname>/admin/index.jsp?tenant=<tenant SRP number>

  6. To test the configuration, click Test.

    • If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.

    • If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.
