CA Service Management is an enterprise class IT service management (ITSM) solution. The solution includes a service desk, modern self-service, a service catalog, and IT asset management capabilities to manage and gain insights into hardware and software asset allocations and licenses.
Configuring the Connector for CA Service Management #
To configure Lucidum to ingest data from CA Service Management:

Log in to Lucidum.

In the left pane, click Connector.

In the Connector page, click Add Connector.

Scroll until you find the Connector you want to configure. Click Connect. The Settings page appears.

In the Settings page, enter the following:

URL (required). The URL of the API for CA Service Management.

Username (required). User name for a CA Service Management account that has read access to API data.

Password (required). Password for a CA Service Management account that has read access to API data.

To test the configuration, click Test.

If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.

If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.
