Actions for ConnectWise Automate #

• Send Data to ConnectWise Automate. Sends a custom set of Lucidum data to ConnectWise Automate.

Use Cases #

Below are the possible use cases for these actions:

• If you want to run Lucidum “headless”, you can send relevant data to ConnectWise Automate on a regular schedule.

• You can send normalized, enriched Lucidum data to ConnectWise Automate to be indexed, searched, and analyzed.

Prerequisites #

To execute ConnectWise Automate actions, you must

Configure a ConnectWise Automate API connection beforehand. The required parameters are described in the instructions for creating a ConnectWise Automate connector in Lucidum https://lucidum.io/docs/connectwise-automate/.

ConnectWise Automate Configuration #

To create a configuration for ConnectWise Automate? actions:

• Configuration Name. Identifier for the Configuration. This name will appear in the Lucidum Action Center.

• URL (required). The URL of the API for ConnectWise Automate.

• Username (required). User name for an account in ConnectWise Automate that has read and write access to the API data. The Lucidum connector uses this account. Log in to the ConnectWise Automate portal and see https://docs.connectwise.com/ConnectWise_Automate/ConnectWise_Automate_Documentation/060/300/010.

• Password (required). Password for an account in ConnectWise Automate that has read and write access to the API data The Lucidum connector uses this account.  Log in to the ConnectWise Automate portal and see https://docs.connectwise.com/ConnectWise_Automate/ConnectWise_Automate_Documentation/060/300/010.

• Client ID (required). Client ID for a your account with ConnectWise Automate.

• Max # of Records per Payload. The maximum number of records to send to ConnectWise Automate in each action. The default value is “50”.
