What is Cyera? #

Cyera AI-powered data security platform gives companies visibility over their sensitive data, context over the risk it represents, and actionable, prioritized remediation guidance.

Why Should You Use the Cyera Connector? #

The Cyera connector provides visibility into the assets and data in your environment. You can use this visibility to:

• ensure assets and data are managed per your security policies

• derive relationships between assets, users, applications, and data

How Does This Connector Work? #

Lucidum executes read-only requests to the Cyera REST API and ingests only meta-data about Cyera devices. Lucidum does not retrieve any data stored on your assets.

Creating Credentials #

To create an API Key and API secret:

1. Log in to Cyera.
2. Click on the Settings icon
3. Click on API Token on the popup.
4. Generate a token name, for example “Lucidum”. For lowest level of permissions, select the Viewer role.
5. Copy and save the API token and APi secret.
