The GYTPOL connector provides visibility into the users in your environment. You can use this visibility to:

How Does This Connector Work? #
Lucidum executes read-only requests to the GYTPOL REST API and ingests only meta-data about GYTPOL devices. Lucidum does not retrieve any data stored on your assets.

Creating the API Key #
On-Prem Customers:
To generate an API key in the GYTPOL UI:

Navigate to the gear icon > Settings > GYTPOL API Keys.

To create a new key, click the + (Plus) icon.

Assign a name that corresponds to the system.

The key will expire after 1 year by default.
SaaS Customers:
Reach out to your customer success manager to obtain the necessary x-api-key.
