What is iTop? #
iTop is an open-source, multi-client web portal designed for service providers and businesses. iTop manages all configuration items and their relationships in a flexible CMDB. iTop manages user requests, incidents, problems, changes, and the service catalog in a single repository.

The iTop connector provides visibility into the assets in your environment. You can use this visibility to:

How Does This Connector Work? #
Lucidum executes read-only requests to the iTop REST API and ingests only meta-data about iTop devices. Lucidum does not retrieve any data stored on your assets.
