JetPatch is an end-to-end automated patch, software distribution, and server lifecycle management platform. JetPatch provides multi-OS patching in a single platform (Windows, Linux, Unix) with intelligent prioritization, execution, and reporting. JetPatch configures, monitors, and manages agents. JetPatch discovers running software and deploys MSIs, EXEs, and RPMs. JetPatch continuously tests and validates critical services and configurations.
Configuring the Connector for JetPatch #
To configure Lucidum to ingest data from JetPatch:

Log in to Lucidum.

In the left pane, click Connector.

In the Connector page, click Add Connector.

Scroll until you find the Connector you want to configure. Click Connect. The Settings page appears.

In the Settings page, enter the following:

URL (required): The URL of the JetPatch server

Username and API Key (required) – The credentials for an account that has read access to the API. To generate an API Key, see Granting API Permission

Verify SSL. For future use.

To test the configuration, click Test.

If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.

If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.
