JumpCloud is a cloud directory service that manages and connects users to their IT resources, including systems, servers, applications, producitivity suites, file storage, and networks.
Configuring the Connector for JumpCloud #
To configure Lucidum to ingest data from JumpCloud:

Log in to Lucidum.

In the left pane, click Connector.

In the Connector page, click Add Connector.

Scroll until you find the Connector you want to configure. Click Connect. The Settings page appears.

In the Settings page, enter the following:

JumpCloud Base URL (required). Base URL for JumpCloud. For example, console.jumpcloud.com

JumpCloud Event API URL. URL for the JumpCloud Event API. For example, https://api.jumpcloud.com/insights/directory/v1/events

API Key (required). API key for a JumpCloud account with read access to API data. (Lucidum currently supports JumpCloud V1 API). To test the configuration, click Test.

If the connector is configured correctly, Lucidum displays a list of services that are accessible with the connector.

If the connector is not configured correctly, Lucidum displays an error message.
