What is PingID ? #
PingID is a cloud-based, adaptive multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution that is part of PingOne for Workforce, a comprehensive cloud authentication authority.
Why Should You Use the PingID Connector? #
The PingID connector provides visibility into the assets and users in your enviornment. You can use this visibility to:
- ensure assets are managed per your security policies
- ensure users are managed per your security policies
- build relationships between users and assets
How Does This Connector Work? #
Lucidum executes read-only requests to the PingID REST API and ingests only meta-data about PingID devices. Lucidum does not retrieve any data stored on your assets.
Configuring the Connector in Lucidum #
