Actions for Qualys Global AssetView #
- Send Data to Qualys Global AssetView. Sends a custom set of Lucidum data to Qualys Global AssetView.
Use Cases #
Below are the possible use cases for these actions:

If you want to run Lucidum “headless”, you can send relevant data to Qualys Global AssetView on a regular schedule.
- You can send normalized, enriched Lucidum data to Qualys Global AssetView to be indexed, searched, and analyzed.
Prerequisites #
To execute Qualys Global AssetView actions, you must:
- Configure a Qualys Global AssetView API connection beforehand. The required parameters are described in the instructions for creating a Qualys Global AssetView connector in Lucidum https://lucidum.io/docs/qualys-global-assetview/.
NOTE. The specified account should have read and write permissions.

Qualys Global AssetView Configuration #
To create a configuration for Qualys Global AssetView actions:

Configuration Name. Identifier for the Configuration. This name will appear in the Lucidum Action Center.

Host. The hostname of the Qualys Global AssetView API. For example, gateway.qg*.apps.qualys.com. The hostname for the Qualys API. To determine your platform URL, see https://www.qualys.com/platform-identification/.

Username. User name for a Qualys Global AssetView account that has read and write access to API data. See the instructions in the section Adding Users: https://cdn2.qualys.com/docs/qualys-evaluators-guide.pdf
- Password. User name for a Qualys Global AssetView account that has read and write access to API data.

API Version. Qualys Global AssetView API version. The default version is v1.

Max # of Records per Payload. The maximum number of records to send to Qualys Global AssetView in each action. The default value is “50”.
Manage Action Token #
To describe an action token for Qualys Global AssetView actions:
